Our bridge slot screens are specially designed with variable open areas, determined by the depth of the embossing. RMIG Solutions delivers precise, consistent perforation, even in thick, heavy-duty sheets.
The embossing depth influences ventilation levels, allowing fine-tuning of airflow based on your needs. The combination of heavy sheet thickness and very fine openings provides great durability and ventilation performance.

Bridge slot perforation allows consistent, free flowing ventilation due to its high open area.
The specific measurement of the bridge slot perforation openings is measured by the embossing depth 'h', while 'S1' shows the screen thickness and 'a1' indicates basic length of the bridge.
An embossed depth of 1.5 mm (suitable for e.g. rape seed) provides an open area of 3.7% for ventilation. Another example is sheets with an embossed depth of 3.0 mm, giving an open area of 9.1%.
